PURPOSE: An energy saving panel unit for an exterior wall and an exterior wall structure system using the same are provided to collect rainwater to recycle and lower the temperature of an exterior wall. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving panel unit for an exterior wall comprises an external frame(10), a frame rainwater pipe(20), a frame duct(30), and a window(40). The external frame attached to an exterior wall structure(1) has a slit(12) for rainwater inlet and evaporation. The frame rainwater pipe is installed under the slit and has a hole on top and a spiral or convex shape on the interior side. The frame duct is installed inclined within the lower side of the external frame, adjacent to the frame rainwater pipe.
