摘要 PURPOSE: A silicon nanowire biosensor for diagnosing cancer is provided to selectively detect vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and early diagnose various kinds of cancer. CONSTITUTION: A silicon nanowire transistor biosensor contains source, drain, gate, a field effect transistor having a channel area between the source and drain, and an RAN aptamer which selectively binds with fixed VEGF on the surface of silicon nano wire. The RNA aptamer is Pegaptanib Sodium.
