PURPOSE: A wet grinder using fine powder separator is provided to induce the uniform movement of a bead of a cylinder by moving the bead to the lower part of grinder using a conical rotor with a plurality of grooves. CONSTITUTION: A wet grinder using fine powder separator comprises: a rotary shaft in which a discharge hole is extended from the side of the grinder the upper end of the grinder; an upper disk plate and a lower part disk plate which have a penetration hole; a first rotor which is laminated between the upper disk plate and the lower disk plate and has one or more inner disk plates; a second rotor(240) which is combined with the rotary shaft and in which one or more rotor pins(241) are combined with the outer circumference of the second rotor; and a grinding cylinder which includes a discharge hole(232) on the upper part of the grinding cylinder and includes an inlet(231) on the lower part of the grinding cylinder.
