PURPOSE: A semiconductor device is provided to compare the output period of a ring oscillator outputted through a DQ pad by interlinking a plurality of ring oscillators and a plurality of DQ pads one to one. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a ring oscillator(10), an output buffer(20), and an output pad(30). The output buffer outputs the output of the ring oscillator through the output pad. The ring oscillator is operated during a test mode. The output buffer selectively outputs the output of data signal and the ring oscillator. The output buffer comprises a first output path and a second output path. The first output path or the second output path is selected by a test mode signal.
