PURPOSE: A chemical reacting agent processing food waste and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to recycle the food waste as a fertilizer for all kinds of agricultural products, and to process a large quantity of the food waste. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a chemical reacting agent processing food waste includes the following steps: diluting Ferrous chloride(FeCl2·4H2O) 0.5 parts by weight, ferric chloride(FeCl3·6H2O) 0.2~0.3 parts by weight, and polysorbate 20 0.1 parts by weight with distilled water ~9 parts by weight; dipping pine chips 85~86 parts by weight in diluted liquid; diluting NaOH 0.05 parts by weight in the distilled water 0.5 parts by weight; putting iron 0.1 parts by weight into a mixer; and agitating the mixer with biotite 2 parts by weight, sericite 1 parts by weight, and illite 1 part by weight. |
