CHIP ANTENNA AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A chip antenna and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure various frequency bands by inserting a metal bar into the hollow of a base material. CONSTITUTION: A bar type base material is formed(S11). An antenna array is formed by processing a metal pattern on the outer surface of the base material(S12). The antenna array is cut by a diamond wheel(S13). The metal bar is inserted into the hollow of the base material(S14). The base material is formed by extrusion-molding the polymer. A metal pattern is processed by an LDS(laser Direct Structuring) process method or print plating method.
