PURPOSE: A method for a liquid fertilization of organic waste is provided to manufacture a liquid fertilizer from the organic waste with a low cost without using a water controlling agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for a liquid fertilization of organic waste comprises the following steps: obtaining bittern as a by-product while producing salt by condensing seawater; pre-processing the organic waste by removing impurities from the organic waste, and desalinizing; and liquid fertilizing the pre-processing organic waste using the bittern. The organic waste is selected from the group consisting of livestock excretions, human excrements, food waste, agricultural and marine product processing waste or butchery waste.
