PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a single affiliated store card connected with plural payment accounts and a recording medium therefor are provided to supply a service by connecting plural payment accounts based on one affiliated store, thereby enabling a user not to have various affiliated store cards. CONSTITUTION: A payment account connecting server(100) comprises the following units. An interface unit(105) connects a payment account connecting request terminal(185) with a predetermined communication channel. If the payment account connecting request terminal corresponds to a window terminal(190) connected to the predetermined financial network, the interface unit connects the window terminal with the predetermined communication channel.
