FILTER MADE OF A CELLULOSE FIBER FOR REMOVING CONTAMINANTS AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a filter used for removing heavy metal and cation contaminants and a cellulose fiber filter thereby are provided to adsorb and filter ultra-fine contaminants by forming the filter of nanosturcuture. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a filter used for removing heavy metal and cation contaminants includes the following steps: manufacturing alkali cellulose fiber by washing cellulose fiber after swelling and dipping the fiber in an alkali water solution of 1 ~ 50%(w/v); manufacturing an anion forming solution by mixing sulfide with water; dipping the alkali cellulose fiber in a negative ion forming solution; manufacturing the cellulose fiber by washing the fiber with water in 10 ~ 100°C; and drying the cellulose fiber to a water content of 1 ~ 7%.
