PURPOSE: An automating system for a magnetization, an inspection, and an assembly process of an encoder seal is provided to magnetize a rubber magnet of an inner pipe while assembling an inner pipe and an outer and to precisely assembly an encoder seal by inspecting a magnetization state and assembling conditions. CONSTITUTION: An automating system comprises: an inner pipe supplying unit(A) which comprises an inner pipe supplying lifter(110), a inspecting unit(180) which comprises an inspection collet(181), an inspection press, and an inspection sensor(182), and a magnetization part(160) which includes a magnetizing collet(161), a magnetizing press, and a yoke(162); and a outer pipe supplying unit which comprises an outer pipe supplying lifter, a first and second scale which measure a weight of an outer pipe, a grease applicator, an assembly, and an assembly inspector. The inspecting unit inspects a magnetization state of a rubber magnet. The magnetization part magnetizes the rubber magnet of the inner pipe. |
