<p>Provided is the use of a neutralizing, high affinity human anti-TNF alpha antibody, or antigen binding portion thereof, in the preparation of a medicament for treating psoriasis, wherein the medicament is adapted for biweekly administration and comprises a dosage of 10-150 mg of the neutralizing, high affinity human anti-TNF alpha antibody, or antigen binding portion thereof. Further provided are specific variants of the antibody and dosage regimens for such use.</p> |
