<p>The invention relates to an actuating device for selecting fixed gear ratios of a gear changing transmission. The actuating device comprises a gear selecting element (1) movable between at least two drive positions and one parking lock position. According to the invention, the actuating device is characterized in that the actuating device comprises an additional parking lock actuating element (4) for activating the parking lock. At the same time, the gear selecting element (1) is configured such that the parking lock is released if the gear selecting element (1) is moved out of the parking lock position; in the reverse case, during a movement of the gear selecting element (1) out of one of the drive positions into the prior parking lock position, or beyond the prior parking lock position, the parking lock is not engaged. The re-engagement of the parking lock can thus only occur by actuating the additional parking lock actuating element (4), but not by actuating the gear selecting element (1). The invention improves the safety against faulty operation and enables intuitive shifting between the different drive positions even without looking at the gear selecting element. The unintentional engagement of the parking lock due to accidental overshifting of a drive position is therefore eliminated.</p> |
