PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system between a cycle computer mounted on a vehicle such as a bicycle and a plurality of measurement devices. SOLUTION: The cycle computer system includes: a body radio communication means 110 for performing radio communication with the measurement device 200 connected to a sensor; a time slot determination means 120 for allotting a time slot performing radio transmission from communication priority of the sensor relative to the cycle computer 100 by the measurement device 200; and a body control means 140 for controlling the respective means. The body control means 140 in the cycle computer 100 allots an exclusive time slot to the measurement device 200 with high communication priority using the time slot determination means 120 as a radio transmission timing for transmitting a radio telegram by the measurement device 200, and allots a co-use time slot for also using it between the plurality of measurement devices to the measurement device 200 with low communication priority to perform radio communication.
