<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a micromachine and a micro milling machine capable of carrying out production of a micromachined part with extremely small installation space and machine weight, with low power consumption, and without using commercial power supply. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A micromachine body includes: a base plate with an approximate size of the A4 paper; a workpiece support base disposed on the base plate and equipped with a chuck for supporting a workpiece that is movable in Z-axis or X-axis direction by a servomotor; a tool support base also disposed on the base plate and supporting a tool that is movable in X-axis or Z-axis by a servomotor; and a computer equipped with machining software for controlling the servomotor drive that moves the workpiece support base and the tool support base through a control system so that the workpiece supported in the workpiece support base can be machined to a predefined dimension. The micromachine is composed of the micromachine body and a solar power generating device consisting of a solar panel for operating the micromachine body, and a storage battery for storing electric power from the solar panel and supplying it to the micromachine body.
