<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging-filling apparatus wherein the appearance surface and the vertical sealed part of a packaging container are not damaged by a molding apparatus or a lateral sealing apparatus operated at a high speed, the change or the vibration of a liquid surface level is less even at the time of a molding/lateral sealing in which the container is firmly pressed from both sides at a high speed, the liquid surface control is easy, and those functions effectively work during operation. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging-filling apparatus manufactures the packaging container by molding a web-like packaging material 1 into a tubular shape, and filling a liquid food to a predetermined liquid surface level, then, forming a lateral seal by pinching by a sealing jaw and a counter jaw at a high speed under the liquid surface. The packaging-filling apparatus includes a pressure cushioning pressure flange 20 which is installed under the liquid surface and above the lateral sealing position, and is equipped with an aseptic gas cavity area 28 which cushions the movement of the liquid food. Also, the packaging-filling apparatus is equipped with a diagnostic means 50 which detects a propagated vibration by the pinching with the sealing jaw and the counter jaw, and diagnoses the residual amount of the aseptic gas from the vibration. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
