The provided preparation method for cuttlefish comprises: on the plane for flat-open cuttlefish, arranging multiple line nicks along the cuttlefish long direction (P) inclined 45+-15deg; in the cut cuttlefish, arranging multiple line nicks crossed former nicks along direction (P) inclined 45+-15deg; and cutting the flat-open cuttlefish along the direction (P) and another direction (Q) with angle almost near 90deg to form a rectangle along direction (Q).
