PURPOSE: An apparatus for restoring a waste plastic to oil is provided to shorten the time of an oil reduction process by consecutively the oil reduction process using the crushing of the waste plastic, heat pyrolysis, and the cooling. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for restoring a waste plastic to oil comprises: a crusher(111); a crushing conveyor supplying a crushed waste plastic; a pyrolysis furnace(121) which has an insulation layer on the outer side; a heating coil; a pyrolysis gas exhausting tube(128); a reduction body(141) which has cooling space and the space for collecting oil; a chilled water tank(147) which is arranged on one side of the reduction body; and a filtering exhausting part(150) which filters the oil and discharges the oil.
