Disclosed is a compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or hydrate thereof, wherein: X is NH or O; Ring A is an optionally substituted 5-membered carbocyclic ring or a 5-membered htereocyclic ring and wherein the rest of the substituents are disclosed within the specification. Also disclosed is the use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of a metabolic-related disorder or for raising HDL in an individual.
