Disclosed is a compound of formula (I) wherein X represents O, NH or CH2; wherein the rest of the substituents are disclosed within the specification, its optical isomers when they exist, and also addition salts thereof with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid. Also disclosed is a process of making the compounds of formula (I) and the use of the compounds of formula (I) in the manufacture of a medicament for treating pathologies in which the activity or expression of HCN channels is degraded and abnormal such as pathologies in which accelerated heart rate acts as a trigger or has an aggravating role.
