PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an MRAM control device capable of reducing a current amount of a whole system without increasing the read frequency from the MRAM. SOLUTION: The MRAM control device which controls a write of the MRAM, includes: a data holding memory 61 for holding the data included in a write requirement by corresponding them with frequency information which shows a write address and the write requirement frequency; and a frequency calculating circuit 62 for counting the frequency of write operation with respect to the write address being held and storing it as the frequency information in the data holding memory 61, wherein the write address included in the write requirement and the holding write address are compared, and when there is no coincident address nor space area, the data with small frequency are selected based on the frequency information and the selected data are written into the MRAM, and the data included in the write requirement are written into an area of the data holding memory 61 wherein these data were being stored.
