<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and system for acquiring a scanned image, in which the measured position coordinate data is easily and simply obtained. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The system for acquiring the scanned image includes a flexible sheet-shaped encoding tablet on which a special pattern capable of specifying a coordinate position is formed or printed, a measuring device part having an imaging part and a probe part, and a control device part operated to obtain position information of the probe part and measuring output information by taking an image signal on a measuring position and measuring signal on the measuring position from the measuring device part. The measuring device part is scanned along the encoding tablet surface while the encoding tablet is allowed to adhere onto a sample surface, and a probe position and measured data measured by the probe are acquired simultaneously, synchronously with a control signal from the control device part.
