PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch paste machine by which the attaching and detaching operation of a patch holding body can be easily and quickly carried out. SOLUTION: In the patch paste machine 10 in which patches P are held having holes P1 corresponding to punching holes of sheets S in a stacked state and the patches P are arranged so as to be able to paste the patches around the punching holes one by one, a guide member 14 is arranged on a base 12 having a patch paste section 11 and an operation member 15 is supported in the guide member 14 so as to be liftable. The patch holding body 16 is loaded in the operation member 15 and the patch holding body 16 includes a shaft member 100 passing through the patches P, a rotary operation body 102, and a pair of pinching members 103. The shaft member 100 can be drawn from the rotary operation body 102 by enlarging the relative clearance of the pinching member 103 by rotating the rotary operation body 102.
