PURPOSE: A digital muscle exerciser is provided to enable a user to accurately know the information related to a muscle exercise, and to check the calorie consumed among exercise on a real time basis. CONSTITUTION: A digital muscle exerciser comprises the following: an input unit(140) including an exercise time input button(141) and an exercise intensity input button(142); a sensor unit(110) detecting the weight information of weights; a controller(120) calculating the time and the intensity of the exercise by the sensor unit; and a displaying unit(130) displaying the inputted by the user through the input unit, and the calculated time and intensity of the actual exercise in numbers.
