PURPOSE: A legs adjusting rappel apparatus is provided to control the rappel apparatus used for emergency escape or mounting climbing by a wire connected to the legs of users for enabling users to freely use their hands. CONSTITUTION: A legs adjusting rappel apparatus comprises the following: a plate(100); a rope(200) located on the plate to move the plate; a first roller(300) contacting one side of the rope to rotate while being installed on one side of the rope; a rotating bracket(400) including a slit(404) while being installed on the other side of the rope to elastically rotate; a second roller(500) descending and ascending along the slit while being installed in the slit; a first wire(600) controlling the rotation of the rotating bracket; and a band(800) fixed to the body of a user while being connected to the plate.
