<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a method for producing a rope-like Konjak (paste made from the starch of devil's tongue) and a production apparatus having a simple structure, easily operable by any person and producing the Konjak at a reduced cost by reducing labor cost and processing time. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of Konjak paste noodles are extruded through a plurality of multi-hole nozzles placed on a flow channel of hot water, formed on a concentric circle and rotating and revolving by a prescribed equal angle with a power source. The extruded Konjak paste noodles are formed to a plurality of small ropes, which are further discharged into the hot water flow path under twisting. The production apparatus includes a fixing member to support mainly the whole apparatus, a body-rotating member rotatably supporting the upper and lower parts of the apparatus with bearings, and a plurality of nozzle-rotating members rotatably supporting the upper, middle and lower stages of the center of the body-rotating member with a plurality of bearings. The rope-like Konjak is produced by extruding the Konjak paste while rotating the revolution-side body-rotating member and a plurality of the rotation-side nozzle-rotating members at the same time in the same directions or reverse directions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
