<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direct methanol type fuel cell, which allows stabilization of output and an extended life by promoting heat release. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell is provided with: a membrane electrode assembly 2 having an electrolyte membrane 17, a plurality of fuel electrodes 13 which are arranged at intervals on one surface of the electrolyte membrane, and a plurality of air electrodes 16 which are arranged at intervals on the other surface of the electrolyte membrane so as to face each of the fuel electrodes; and a heat conductor 40 which is arranged on at least either of the surface of the plurality of air electrodes 16 of the membrane electrode assembly 2 on the opposite side of the fuel cell to the electrode membrane side 17 and the surface of the plurality of fuel electrodes 13 on the opposite side of the fuel cell to the electrode membrane side 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
