<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidification apparatus and an air cleaner with a humidification function stably spilling water on a disk layer part at a predetermined position of the disk layer part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The disk layer part 34 composed by laminating a plurality of humidification disks 32 carries out humidification by exposing a portion wet by water to air following rotation. A water supply part 90 pumps up water by a water supply bucket 85 following the rotation of the disk layer part 34, and when the water is at an upper position, the water is spilled on the disk layer part 34 from a drain hole 36. An electrolytic water unit 70 is disposed in an inner space 57 of the disk layer part 34. The water supply bucket 85 includes a front boss 33 formed with the drain hole 36 near the electrolytic water unit 70 in a position facing the electrolytic water unit 70 in a laminated direction of the humidification disks 32, and a rear boss 44 distanced from the electrolytic water unit 70 in comparison with the front boss 33, and a packing 79 is in a joint between the front boss 33 and the rear boss 44.
