<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body skeleton structure capable of efficiently receiving a load, even if the load is inputted from the vehicle width direction to a locker. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This vehicle body skeleton structure 10 has the locker 12 arranged in both end parts in the vehicle width direction with the vehicle body longitudinal direction as the longitudinal direction, a reinforcing member 30 having a pair of vertical wall parts 34 and 36 arranged in the locker 12 so as to be capable of holding a closed cross-sectional structure of the locker 12, and a deformation regulating means 18 arranged in at least one of the locker 12 and the reinforcing member 30 and regulating deformation in the longitudinal direction of the pair of vertical wall parts 34 and 36 when the load is inputted from the vehicle width direction to the locker 12.
