PURPOSE: A cell measurement method in a wireless communications system is provided to reduce power consumption by eliminating unnecessary cell measurement procedures of UE(User Equipment)s according to priority change. CONSTITUTION: A BS(Base Station) transmits priority information of other frequency or RAT to a terminal. Priority is set(S310). Through the set priority, the terminal performs cell reselection(S320). The base station transmits priority modification information with the terminal(S330). The terminal performs cell reselection by applying modified priority(S340).
