PURPOSE: A sign board for a road structure and a road structure including the same are provided to semi-permanently transfer information to a user without extra maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A sign board(20) for a road structure comprises a sign board main body(30) and an information indicating unit. The sign board main body is attached on the outer surface of a road structure. The information indicating unit is protruded from the sign board main body. A reflection layer is formed in the sign board main body or the information indicating unit.
