<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for issuing an electronic receipt assumed to protect personal information, and a browsing system for recognizing the buying history at a dedicated terminal of a buyer. <P>SOLUTION: Data of the electronic receipt is created by a cash register 2, but sometimes, information security does not sufficiently cover an installation place 1 of the cash register 2. The electronic receipt is created by filling in information on transaction and the purchaser number that is not included in the personal information. The created electronic receipt is transmitted into an institution 3 where protection of personal information is complied with in real time during the transaction, the personal information is added to it, the electronic receipt is transmitted to a transmission destination 5 previously specified by the buyer.
