<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delay circuit having a delay value uninfluenced by dispersion of a power voltage, a resistance value and a capacitance value. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This delay circuit 10 is provided with: a constant current source 15 having resistance for converting a reference voltage V<SB>DD</SB>/2 to a constant current Ick; and load capacitance C1 for carrying the constant current Ick thereto. In the delay circuit, the resistance is switched capacitor equivalent resistance Req. According to the above structure, the constant current source 15 converts, by the switched capacitor equivalent resistance Req, the reference voltage V<SB>DD</SB>/2 generated based on a power voltage V<SB>DD</SB>and input to the constant current source 15 to the constant current Ick to be outputted to the load capacitance C1. The delay circuit where the delay value of the delay circuit 10 is then uninfluenced by dispersion of the power voltage V<SB>DD</SB>, the resistance value of the resistance possessed by the delay circuit 10 and the capacitance value of the capacitance possessed by the delay circuit 10, is provided.
