<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer capacitor which can inhibit impedance from being decreased near a resonance frequency. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The multilayer capacitor 1 includes: a dielectric matrix 10; inner electrodes 12A, 12B, 14A, 14B, 16A, 16B; terminal electrodes 18A, 18B; and linking electrodes 20A, 20B. The inner electrodes 14A and 16B which are heteropolar to each other overlap each other as seen in the laminating direction of the plurality of dielectric layers. The inner electrodes 14B and 16A which are heteropolar to each other overlap each other as seen in the laminating direction of the plurality of dielectric layers. The inner electrodes 12A and 12B which are heteropolar to each other do not overlap each other as seen in the laminating direction of the plurality of dielectric layers.
