PURPOSE: A coupling structure of a drive shaft and a hub in a vehicle is provided to rapidly process coupling and decoupling and to reduce costs by a coupling structure which automatically couples. CONSTITUTION: A coupling structure of a drive shaft and a hub in a vehicle comprises: a hub which is combined with a tire of a vehicle; a drive shaft(20) which is connected to the hub; a nut member(30) which is coupled with the drive shaft in order to combine the hub and the drive shaft together and is formed a nut pin(32) on interior of the nut member; a spring(40) which is installed between the hub and the nut member; and a coupling unit(100) which prevents unscrewing of a nut member.
