<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device having an opening and closing member with a simple damper structure, and exhibiting a sufficient damper effect. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming device 1 includes: a device body M; a manual feed tray 610 attached turnably around an axis 619a as the center with resect to the device body M; a wire member 625 having a tension coil spring 620 arranged in the vicinity of the axis 619a, having a locking end 620a, which is one end, locked to the manual feed tray 610, and extendable along an axial direction, and a wire 621 for connecting a locking part 112 of the device body M to a moving end 620b that is the other end of the device body M; a first pulley 622 for changing a laying direction of the wire 621 extended along the axial direction from the moving end 620b of the tension coil spring 620, to a direction separated from the axis 619a along a face of the manual feed tray 610; and a second pulley 623 for changing a laying direction of the wire 621 extended from the first pulley 622, to a direction toward the locking part 112. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
