<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify any lock-in state outside by anybody in a simple operation when a user is locked in a car. Ž<P>SOLUTION: Code information to be read with a portable terminal of a user is provided in an optional place in a building. When the code information is read with the portable terminal, a mail for notification is transmitted to a system (Steps S11, S12). On the system side, the presence/absence of any users locked-in in a car is checked based on the mail for notification (Steps S13-S17).
