PURPOSE: An expansion joint for a concrete structure is provided to extend the service life of an elastic member, and to improve structural stability by conveniently replacing the elastic member. CONSTITUTION: An expansion joint for a concrete structure comprises a spacer(100), a cover plate(200), an elastic member, and fasteners(400). The spacer forms an expansion space for a unit structure. Multiple through holes are formed in the spacer in a longitudinal direction. The cover plate is arranged in the top of the spacer, and shields the expansion space. Multiple fastening holes(210) are formed in the cover plate. The elastic member is arranged in the expansion space. The fasteners fasten the cover plate by penetrating through the through holes of the spacer and the fastening holes of the cover plate. |
