Anti-glypican 3 antibody having modified sugar chain

摘要

Disclosed are anti-glypican 3 antibody compositions wherein a sugar chain component thereof has been modified so that the ratio of antibodies lacking fucose is more than 20%. Further disclosed are methods of producing the described antibodies and the use of such within anticancer drugs.
