PURPOSE: An environment-friendly housing is provided to prevent the damage due to strong wind by enabling a vertical blade bar which is moved along a rotary axis to be folded. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly housing includes a multistory building apartment house(20), a generator room(50), and a perpendicular windmill(60). The multistory building apartment houses are installed to be separated with an interval which ranges from 100 to 140 degrees in a three-way. A wind guide(30) with an outer surface in the inner side which is formed to be sloped to wall surfaces where three directions are faced with each other is installed, respectively. The generator room comprises a case(51), a connection gear, a connection belt, a generator, and a storage battery. The case is installed on the top of the multistory building apartment house. The perpendicular windmill comprises a vertical pivot, a connection rod, a vertical blade bar(65), and a blade film.
