摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for use in producing a metal powder, which is used when the metal powder is physicochemically produced by heating from the outside of the container. SOLUTION: The container for use in producing the metal powder is made from a composite material including a layer of a refractory metal which is selected from the group consisting of: an alloy containing 50 wt.% or more Ni and 10 wt.% or more Cr; an alloy containing 20 wt.% or more Ni, 10 wt.% or more Cr and 20 wt.% or more Fe; molybdenum; tantalum; niobium; and tungsten; and a layer of a pure metal which is selected from the following group consisting of: nickel; copper; silver; and gold. The layers are metallurgically joined by using either of an explosive cladding process, a hot rolling process, a cold rolling process, a diffusion junction process, a HIP process or a friction stir welding process.
