PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller cutter without requiring time and labor for replacing cutting blades even if the cutting blade is abraded. SOLUTION: A roller cutter has a cutter blade made of a hard metal and provided around the periphery of a rotating rotary disk.
