PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery mechanism improving an operating feeling by suppressing looseness of a sleeve in moving up-and-down operation regarding a stick-like cosmetics delivery container for a lipstick or the like. SOLUTION: The delivery mechanism has a lower resilient part formed in beam shape to present spring resiliency between a through-hole opened at a part of a bottom part of a sleeve fitting recessed groove of a rotating drive cylinder, and a slit bored in parallel directly above the through-hole; a projecting part projecting to the lower surface of the lower resilient part; and a step part enlarged in diameter below the sleeve fitting recessed groove of the rotating drive cylinder. The lower resilient part is pressed down from above through the projecting part toward a slip-off preventing rib with a sleeve loosely fitted in a rotatable manner in the sleeve fitting recessed groove of the rotating drive cylinder, and the lower end of the sleeve is resiliently pressed to the step part to eliminate looseness in the shaft length direction of the sleeve.
