摘要 PURPOSE: A protein adhesive type bioactive glass nano fiber and a preparation method thereof are provided to modify the surface with a hybrid material of a biopsy protein controlling cells and biological responses to use the nano fiber to regenerate brain and tooth tissues. CONSTITUTION: A protein adhesive type bioactive glass nano fiber includes a bioactive glass nano fiber matrix and a hybrid material consisting a cell adhesiveness protein-calcium phosphate group crystal. The bioactive glass nano fiber matrix is formed in a standard glass structure of SiO_2-CaO or SiO_2-CaO-P_2O_5. The diameter of the bioactive glass nanofiber matrix is 10~900 nanometers. The cell adhesiveness protein is selected from the group consisting fibronectin, collagen, laminin, and others. The calcium phosphate group crystal is a hydroxyapatite.
