METHOD FOR THE STEREOSELECTIVE PREPARATION OF BETA-METHYL VINYL PHOSPHATE CARBAPENEM

PURPOSE: A method for the stereo selective preparation of beta-methyl vinyl phosphate carbapenem from diazo-azetidinone is provided to simply prepare the beta-methyl vinyl phosphate carbapenem with high yield and high purity. CONSTITUTION: A method for the stereo selective preparation of beta-methyl vinyl phosphate carbapenem comprises a step of preparing the beta-methyl vinyl phosphate carbapenem from diazo-azetidinone marked as the chemical formula 1 using acetonitrile. The contents rate of the acetonitrile is less than 5 times of the diazo-azetidinone. A step of reacting rhodium acetate, rhodium octanoate, rhodium acetamide, rhodium trifluoroacetate or rhodium caprylate with the diazo-azetidinone is performed before using the acetonitrile. A step of adding water to dilute and filter the beta-methyl vinyl phosphate carbapenem is processed afterwards.
