The invention relates to a process of laser beam welding of active parts, shaped as diamond-coated segments, onto a body of a tool for working or cutting off various natural materials, such as marble, granite, ceramic or glass. According to the invention, the process consists in intermittently rotating, with incrementing speed, a cutting disk fixing device, meanwhile a laser beam welding head carries out welding points at the extremities of each diamond-coated segment, located at its clamping-in place, at a complete rotation of 360A , and afterwards the fixing support is removed and on a module for displacing and fixing segment disks there are only mounted the cutting disk with diamond-coated segments, attached in points on the saw-type geometry of the active part of the cutting disk, and then a welding seam with a controlled depth for all the diamond-coated segments is carried out by rotating the cutting disk with diamond-coated segments attached in points with a continuous constant speed.
|
