PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic photoelectric conversion element having high efficiency of photoelectric conversion and durability, and to provide a solar cell and photosensor array using the organic photoelectric conversion element.

SOLUTION: An organic bulk heterojunction-type photoelectric conversion element laminates two or more organic layers between primary and secondary electrodes, wherein at least one layer of the organic layers is a layer to which insoluble treatment is done by applying or polymerizing a chemical compound having one or more polymerization groups.
