PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacing method of a fastening bolt capable of maintaining strength of a structure, by refastening a fastening object material in the same position as an original fastening bolt, without excavating a concrete material, even if fastening to the fastening object material cannot be maintained when the fastening bolt of embedding a head part in the concrete material causes delay breaking. SOLUTION: This replacing method comprises a prepared hole forming process of boring a prepared hole in the fastening object material and the concrete material, a space forming process of forming a space by pushing away the head part to a predetermined position by rotating while vibrating an engaging member by engaging the engaging member with the head part, and a refastening process of fastening the fastening object material by forming a valving part by compressively deforming a sleeve in the space by threadedly engaging a nut with a shaft part of a core pin by inserting the core pin from the large diameter part side.
