PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser type gas analyzer for saving on labor by enabling work only by one person when adjusting a light axis at site, by mounting an LD output section and an LD light reception section while widening a light axis adjustment range with a simple configuration for improving measurement precision. SOLUTION: The laser type gas analyzer is provided with: fixed flanges 3a, 3b disposed opposite a pipeline where a measurement gas flows; a light projection section module and a light reception section module fixed to the fixed flanges via mount flanges 6a, 6b, respectively; connection pipes that compose the light projection section module or the light reception section module and have a prescribed length fixed to the mount flanges; an inner pipe that is disposed at least inside the connection pipes and has prescribed length while one of a laser and a light receiving element is fixed; and a plurality of pressing screws for supporting the inner pipe screwed from the outer periphery of the connection pipes at a prescribed angle to the longitudinal direction of the connection pipes.
