The present invention changes the length of a gun stock according to a shooter's height and adjusts the distance between the butt of a gun stock and the front sight on the barrel. Recoil caused by firing is not directly absorbed by a shooter's shoulder and is indirectly dispersed then absorbed by the entire shoulder. Therefore, a shooter can take a stable and comfortable shooting stance braced by his shoulder.
