The card (12) has an identification and/or authorization module (13) for identification and/or for authorization of a subscriber with a mobile radio terminal (10) in a cellular digital mobile radio network. A memory (30) stores an instruction set (32) for controlling and/or maintaining the card and/or the mobile radio terminal. An access restriction module restricts access to the instruction set. A hierarchy levels forming unit forms a lower hierarchy level, a middle hierarchy level and an upper hierarchy level for use of instruction set. An independent claim is also included for a method for identification and/or for authorization of a subscriber of a chip card with a mobile radio terminal in a mobile radio network.
